Privacy on this website
This page explains what information is collected when you visit the Sabai website and how we use website analytics. The mobile app has a separate privacy policy.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how people use the website. It records visits and page views, active time while the page is visible, views of website sections, and interactions with demo audio, modules, language options, support and app-store links. We also use limited UTM campaign tags, the page language, and general browser and device information.
GA4 uses cookies such as _ga and a pseudonymous browser identifier, so this data should not be treated as fully anonymous. Google signals and advertising personalization are turned off for this website. We do not send GA4 the full URL including query parameters or the detailed path of the referring page; limited UTM campaign tags are handled separately.
User-level and event-level data are set to a 14-month retention period. New activity resets the retention period only for user-level data; it does not restart the retention period for earlier events. Standard aggregated reports are not governed by this setting, so 14 months should not be read as a promise that all analytics data is deleted after that period.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and website loading and performance. It does not use analytics cookies or browser fingerprinting. Temporary measurements used for page performance are handled in browser memory. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not log query strings, and we do not use it for the website interaction events or UTM tracking described above.
Cloudflare receives an IP address as part of a normal HTTP request, then removes it at the nearest processing point and does not store it in the main RUM databases or logs. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides history for the previous 6 months. This does not mean that every type of Cloudflare data is deleted after exactly 6 months.
Your choices and contact
You can manage cookies in your browser settings and use browser or network tools that block analytics requests. This website does not use session replay.
We do not link website visitor identifiers to users of the mobile app. Website visitor identifiers are not passed to the app, and opening an app-store link does not tell us whether the app was installed.
